The Design And Implementation Of Community Correction Management System For Municipal Justice Bureau

The municipal justice bureau community correction management system is mainly used for the operation of the relevant information about the prisoners in Chifeng City.The traditional management methods in Chifeng City mostly use paper records.Over time,the data is extremely easy to lose,and the traditional recording method frequently cause data inaccuracies,and it is not convenient to quickly query some common data,which is very easy to cause user dissatisfaction,and also reduces the work efficiency of the staff.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional management methods,it is decided to develop a municipal judicial bureau community correction management system in Chifeng City.The municipal justice bureau community correction management system adopts Java development language when developing the system,and the design implementation database adopts SQL Server 2014.The database designed by SQL Server 2014 has good scalability and can be maximized,that can reduce the redundancy of data and further improve the use function of the municipal justice bureau community community correction management system.SSH architecture is used for the design.SSH is an integration framework composed of Struts,Spring and Hibernate.In order to help developers better understand the structure of the system,it is logically divided into presentation layer,business logic layer,data persistence layer,and domain module layer,which makes it easy for developers to maintain the web application.The municipal judicial bureau community correction management system has mainly realized:modules of supervision management,educational correction management,adaptive assistance management,assessment reward and punishment management,location monitoring management and electronic file management.Among them,main functions of supervision management module include investigation and evaluation management,legal document management,corrective program management,exemption daily management,and out approval management.Educational correction management mainly includes functions such as correction education management,psychological consultation management,learning education management,thought report management,and psychological correction management.Adaptive assistance management mainly includes employment guidance,schooling guidance,skill training,and temporary assistance management.The main functions of assessment reward and punishment management module include warning management,commendation management,request for execution of supervision,request for withdrawal of probation,and recommendation for probation.Positioning monitoring management mainly includes functions such as monitoring center management and alarm center management.Electronic file management mainly includes functions such as prisoner management,work team management and security system management.The system can store and manage related information(including survey and evaluation information,educational correction information,psychological consultation information,assessment reward and punishment information,electronic file information,etc.)of community prisoners,which can facilitate user operations and improve the efficiency of management personnel.At it can also improve the accuracy of data,reduce the occurrence of error phenomena,and can meet the user's needs to a certain extent.
