In the call of the country, the education ministry is an important way to build and enhance the quality of youth, it has got more and more attention in our country. Number of colleges and universities is increasing the number of students each year, college student management is more important. Management process facing great pressure. The comprehensive educational management, course management, life management are facing more pressure. For the management of college students, designing a comprehensive management platform has got positive energy.University integrated management system can be divided into four functional modules, reward and punishment management, employment management, student basic information management and teaching management. Employment information management mainly covers the employment information management. Reward and punishment management mainly includes the honor and punishment management, scholarship management and advanced class management. Basic information management module is to complete the organization and coordination work on students’ daily affairs. Teaching management the module can be divided into student management, student achievement management, and teaching notice three modules. During the system design stage, Unified Modeling Language(UML) is used for system modeling description. The using case diagram is used to describe system function. The timing diagram is used to describe the process sequence of the system. The main function modules of the system are abstracted from the class diagram, and the dependency between the classes is inherited.In the test stage of integrated management platform, white box and black box testing method are used. The system developers try to find the bugs of software program and they try to correct the bugs. In this way, the system has updated many times and the system is running stable.
