The Design And Implementation Of Scheduling System Of Manufacturing Enterprise Production Line Based On APS

Now china’s manufacturing industry are facing rising manufacturing costs, order structure is complex, employees turnover, etc. Especially the labor-intensive manufacturing of luggage industry. These problems are obstacles of enterprise growth, how to improve efficiency and competitive are necessary option of the advanced bags enterprise. While the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system cannot resolve these problems. APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) as an advanced production plan management mode and executive system, is an optimization technique based on multi-restrictions, it can solve the problems of the manufacturing industry.We develop a set of production scheduling system, to solve these problems of the manufacturing industry, according to the actual situations. Firstly, we introduced the concept and development of the APS, several major optimization algorithms. Secondly, functional requirement and non-functional requirement analysis of the APS system are presented based on the gaps of the workshop production planning and scheduling. The article analyses the production planning and scheduling system of the luggage industry in detail, combined with ERP and BOM analysis of production orders details from production schedule and material tracking list.We used the c# language, Visual Studio 2008 development tool combined with Microsoft SQL Server 2000, and based on the Microsoft.net Framework 3.5 environment, to design the production scheduling system. Then, genetic algorithm is used to overcome the of planning and scheduling based on the multi-restrictions of the luggage industry; and through outline design, detailed design, finish a complete APS system in detail for the luggage industry.Finally, the "factory calendar management", "production lines management", "output setting", "draft production scheduling", "formal production scheduling", "management report" of this system are implanted.The APS-based scheduling system has been delivered for a luggage company, its accuracy, available and stability has been proved. The system cover the shortage which exist in the production management of ERP, provided scientific methods and guide for similar luggage company.
