The development of intelligent manufacturing technology has led to the growing popularity of intelligent production lines.Whether the heterogeneous devices can be flexibly and reliably networked and the production tasks can be reasonably and efficiently scheduled has become an important indicator to measure the intelligent degree of the production line.For this reason,this thesis focused on two key technologies of “flexible networking communication of heterogeneous devices”and “intelligent production scheduling optimization” for intelligent production line.(1)According to the interconnection requirements of various heterogeneous devices in the intelligent production line,based on the Client/Server architecture,a flexible networking communication platform for heterogeneous devices was designed and developed: Select model and multithreading technology were used to construct the sub-servers for three mainstream interface protocols(TCP/UDP/Serial Port),which solved the interconnection problem of heterogeneous terminal devices in the concurrent communication state.Then optimized the performance for a large number of terminal access;The flexible and open application layer communication message protocol and message publish-subscribe mechanism were designed to realize data transmission on demand between terminals;The graphic flexible networking module was developed,which made it convenient for users to design and expand the networking scheme flexibly.(2)Aiming at the scheduling optimization problem of flexible production line,a hybrid algorithm which combined genetic algorithm,elitist retention strategy and variable neighborhood search algorithm was designed with the goal of "minimize the maximum completion time".This algorithm made the search process of scheduling scheme have a good balance of universality,concentration and stability.The good performance of the algorithm were verified by the standard example test.(3)An experimental platform was built to simulate the production line environment,which verified the effectiveness of the function of the production line system,including heterogeneous equipment networking,task scheduling based on jobs and rescheduling according to exceptional situations.
