Based On Rbac And Workflow Manufacturing Production Scheduling System's Design And Realization

Production scheduling is an important component of the modes of production management. Because of manufacturing enterprises'mode with their own characteristics, there is still very difficult to have a common solution. The paper soluted the production scheduling problem from the whole production management process (planning, procurement, inspection, storage, production) and researched th production scheduling system software for the enterprise production management to provide information technology support.First, the thesis introduces the computer technology used in manufacturing production scheduling systems, needs analysis and system objectives;Second, the paper introduces the system's overall design and the design process of database system.The system is classfied with seven functional modules of plan management, test management, storage management, production management, the role of control management, process definition management, information maintenance. Finally, the paper details the design and implementation process of the role-based access control management and process definition management.The system has three features:1.The system is designed and implemented using of C/S architechture with the advantages of strong interaction, providing a more secure access mode, data processing speed, the server running the data load of light etc.2. The system uses workflow technology to definite the production scheduling process:The system can refine the production scheduling of business processes with a reasonable separation and integration according to the manufacturer enterprise management reform necessary and achieve flexible control purposes to improve enterprise productivity.3. The system uses role-based access control technology for secure access control to improve system security access control.At present, the production scheduling system has been implemented, users reflect the run effectively. In short, the research of the manufacturing production scheduling management system carried out a meaningful exploration. The technology of role-based access control policy and the thought of workflow patterns for the development of China's manufacturing management information systems have a certain reference value.
