Enterprise production scheduling is the enterprise normal operation of the necessarymeasure and the important tool. As a center of enterprise operation control, daily productionmanagement, production information collection and production coordination command,enterprises production scheduling is particularly important of improving production efficiency,reducing the production cost and enhancing enterprise economic benefits.Single-part and small-quantity of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturingenterprises have complexity, multi-binding, multi-objective, uncertainty, and so on. To saveresource, shorten the cycle, reduce the cost, and raise the rate of production, small andmedium-sized enterprises should pay more attention to the workshop production schedulingmodel, strengthening information management and information flow, unifying material flowand information flow, which is really suitable of small and medium-sized enterprisesmanufacturing execution system.This paper studies the problem of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturingenterprises in the single-part and small-quantity production mode, and has a comprehensiveanalysis of the workshop production scheduling strategy, workflow technology and overallarchitecture. According to the actual production features and the workshop productiondisadvantages, this paper constructs a overall structure mode which is suitable for workshopproduction scheduling of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises. And theworkflow technology is applied to small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprisesworkshop production scheduling overall structure mode, through workshop productionscheduling the close relationship. The construction of the architectural model involves aproduction of five elements, like "people","machine","material","method" and "ring", andcompares the production scheduling results of the scheduling heuristic rules which based ondifferent goals, found that the heuristic rules based on the shortest processing time is theoptimal scheduling result, which mainly in average flow hours and average delay the shortesttime. It also verified the examples of genetic algorithm of scheduling problem as the optimal genetic and best scheduling strategy. It puts forward the assessment of target, evaluationmethod and evaluation parameters, and rapid dispatch of workflow technology, which isconveniently to choose the reasonable and high-efficiency work plans. It increases productionline operation efficiency, reduces inventory and shorten the production cycle, so as to improveproduction efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
