Research On Risk Management Of ERP System Operation And Maintenance In N Company

Enterprise resource planning(ERP)is based on the computation software,hardware and computer network,and guided by the advanced project management theory,it provides enterprise decision-makers and employees an enterprise resource management system integrating human resources,finance,marketing,logistics and other functions.The main purpose of the ERP system is to provide data support and decision support for enterprise management and decision-making,so that enterprises face the global market,so as to coordinate between the various departments of enterprise effective sharing of resources,to provide the global market oriented enterprise resources,so that enterprises can give full play to the characteristics and advantages of the enterprise in the competition in the global market,so that enterprises in the competition in an invincible position.China's electric power companies from the last century began in 80s according to its own business processes to start construction of information system,from decades of development,the electric power company by improving the innovation of technology and management,the construction of information system has achieved certain results.But the function of ERP system is relatively single,and its function coverage is poor,and there are great differences among ERP systems,so that the core data and system functions of enterprises are not compatible,resulting in the production of "resource isolated island".In order to overcome the phenomenon of "resource isolated island" among different departments,Inner Mongolia N electric power company carries out operation and transformation of ERP system's function and data through the use of new information technology and network technology,combined with business processes between enterprises.From the perspective of project risk management,based on the research of the operation and maintenance risk management of ERP projects at home and abroad,combined with the risk factors faced by N ERP operation and reconstruction,risk management method is applied to evaluate and evaluate the risks.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research,and puts forward the research methods and contents of this paper.Next,this paper summarizes the theory of project risk management and risk management evaluation method,so as to lay a foundation for the evaluation of N ERP operation and maintenance risk.Third,this paper introduces the background and general situation of ERP project of N company,and lists the risk factors of N ERP operation and maintenance risk based on risk factors analysis.Fourth,according to the risk factors analysis,establishes the evaluation framework and model of N company ERP project operation risk,and the use level of risk assessment and evaluation of system operation risk of ERP project,in order to achieve the research combining qualitative and quantitative method.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,the measures to avoid or reduce the risk of operation and maintenance of ERP project are introduced in detail.
