Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,is the foundation of the power,and the country.With the new generation of information technology and manufacturing depth integration,far-reaching industrial revolution,the formation of a new industrial type,business model,production model,and economic growth point are appearing.China manufacturing 2025 planning pointed out that enterprises--the main manufacturing innovation system was imperfect,the level of information was not high,and the depth of integration of industrialization was not enough;speeding up the new generation of information technology and manufacturing depth integration of the main line was proposed,improving the integrated level of industry transformation and upgrading,achieving manufacturing by the big change in the history of.As the project has the characteristics of a one-time and purpose,uniqueness and innovation,the project risk exists in the whole process of the project operation.The large equipment manufacturing enterprises have higher requirements in the process of information construction,most of the reliability,security and compatibility.Suppliers,human resources and other aspects exist additional risks in the project operation process of economic environment.How to effectively reduce the risk of occurrence probability,to reduce the negative impact of the project for achieving the project objectives is worthy of study.This paper mainly studies the risk management of CAPP project in M company.CAPP project is conducive to the construction of M company,process document editing,management platform,is conducive to R&D design and process design.M company is a one-piece,small batch,order oriented and quotas for discrete equipment manufacturing enterprises.Order processing,product type,design and development,process technology,norms and standards are relatively high technical complexity.Project implementation process will encounter all kinds of known or unknown project risk,and project risk management has become a key project key.Through the project risk management theory and methods,the specific situation of company M CAPP project,the perceptual knowledge,historical experience and access to risk accident records,supplier selection,system needs analysis,system design,system implementation and risk identification and assessment of other stages,get risk list.And then through the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis of project risks,and developing the corresponding project risk response monitoring strategy and measures.To monitor the risk,and to strive to reduce the risk may cause damage of the target in the CAPP project implementation process in a timely manner.
