Service Mode Design And Implementation Approaches Based On User Needs For Shenyang Digital Archives

The 21 st century is the era of digital economy and knowledge economy.In the era of knowledge economy,information has become a very important social resource.Archives should fully respond to the requirements of the era of knowledge economy,will meet the needs of users as the current digital archives construction core.So as to better adapt to social development and expand the impact of digital archives and establish the digital archives in the future knowledge service important position.Digital archives based on user need is the development direction of digital archives in the future.Meeting the users' needs is also the final service goal of archives.Digital archives in the era of digital economy and knowledge economy,based on their own advantages in resources,modern information technology to ensure and serve the needs of users as the guide.It is the key to determine whether the future archives can develop along the right path by building a variety of service models to meet the end users' needs.This paper takes Shenyang Digital Archives as the research object.This paper takes Shenyang Digital Archives as the research object and focus on the design of service mode and implementation approaches based on user needs.Through analysis of the Shenyang Archives users to use and user needs questionnaire,we obtained the expected of future needs for Shenyang digital archives' users.Based on the analysis of users' needs,this paper puts forward the service pattern design of Shenyang Digital Archives,namely,information service mode,resource service mode,knowledge service mode,customized service mode,self-service mode and experiential service mode.At the same time,based on the design of digital archives service model,this paper puts forward five ways to realize the construction of digital archives in Shenyang.They are the construction of the Shenyang Basic Digital Archive Resource based on Entity Archives,the construction of Shenyang Archives Digital Platform based on management system,the construction of Shenyang Public Resource Repository based on personalized service,the construction of Shenyang Digital Intelligence Archives based on knowledge management and the construction of Shenyang Digital Archives User Evaluation System.
