Commercial property service management is an important part of the business center.By establishing a sound service system,the commercial center provide high-quality services to the majority of owners and customers to ensure the healthy and sustainable development.The advanced commercial property service management system has many problems such as insufficient information components,backward implementation methods,and poor convenience.These are contrary to the moderm commercial property service concept.The service quality is greatly reduced,and the communication between the property manager and the customers is affected,bringing negative impact on the future development of the commercial center.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a commercial property service management system in combination with mobile application technology.The technical forms adopted by the system development include Mybatis framework,Oracle database,Android platform and so on.Based on the B/S architecture,the business process is completed by the server.As for the combined application of MyBatis + Spring MVC framework and the development of system Web side,MyBatis framework is concerned with on the underlying data encapsulation so that the connection and access to the database can be completed,Spring MVC framework effectively integrates the foreground display module for business processing.Oracle technology is oriented to the business data management part.Android platform includes components such as Linux kernel and base library,and effectively enhances the page display effect by being compatible with HTML5 language.The commercial property service management system realizes several business modules,including repairs and maintenance management,equipment and energy management,inspection management,project statistics,and system setting.Repairs and maintenance management can process order receiving,confirmation,and auditing,and can receive can generate repair orders.Equipment and energy management can add and view the equipment account,and the energy management part can set the basic information of the building-and the energy price structure,and can manage the information of the meter and the measurement level.The main elements in the inspection management include inspection categories,routes,tasks and so on,which can perform statistics of inspection events and tasks on the basis of the management of addition and approval.Project statistics involves statistical dispersion of maintenance,performance,workload,inspection events,maintenance evaluation and so on.System setting implements the management and setting function for shops,announcements,and general parameters.This system truly realizes the combination of informationization means and commercial property service management concept,and the means of improving the convenience of service effectively promote the communication between the service provider and the owner,and complete the update of the traditional processing mode of each link through the information form,which really establish a modem commercial property service management system that bringing higher quality service experience to the owners and promoting the sustainable development of the commercial center.
