The Design And Implementation Of Project Management System

At present,so many software companies are established, they have developedrapidly in its consummate background of technological instance and internationalizedlevel. For the corporation of developing systems, it is imperative to manage the projectsregularly and designedly; In order to accelerate the process of enterprise’sinformationization and suit the market of software with keen competition better, the aimof this thesis is to develop the system of project through the process of investigation ofprojects and contracts.This thesis uses the structured method to develop and design the system. Thesystem of project management includes the management of projects and contractsmainly in order to improve the efficiency of work and reduce the cost. The developmentof this system is based on the model of B/S, and it provides the condition oftelecommuting. The main content of this thesis includes：(1) System requirements andfeasibility analysis: This section includes business process diagrams, requirementsanalysis, and feasibility studies; The business process diagrams involves sales, customer,financial and project development departments，and the main raw data of projectmanagement includes personnel information, department information, accounted fornotification, the project contract, countersigned by the feedback form and project taskallocation table.(2) Systems analysis: The part converts the business process diagramsinto data flow diagrams, and then uses the data dictionary to annotate the data flowdiagram; by the investigation of sales, customer, financial and project developmentdepartments int the process of project management and study,this thesis maps out thebusiness process diagrams, then determines the data flow diagrams and data dictionary,and provides the foundation for further analysis.(3) System design: including structuraldesign, database design, input design, output design, user interface design, systemsecurity design, hardware and software configuration program selection, and the mainresults is the logical model of the system,which covers the four major functional blocksof contract management,project management, receivables management and reportingstatistics.(4) System implement: according tothe physical module based on the contents of the design department to draw the program flowchart, and then completes theimplementation which can actually run the project management system.After designing the project management system for testing，the four majorfunctional blocks of the contract management, project management, receivablesmanagement and statistical reports are completed basically; Finally, this thesis includessummary and outlook of the system of project management.
