Previously,Linyi TV's customer resource management mainly used electronic forms to record all kinds of member information.In the all-media context,with the increase in the number of TV station customers,the mode of manual form record information has hindered the improvement of customer resource information management efficiency.The management model is difficult to meet the actual needs of Linyi TV customer resource management.Therefore,in the context of Linyi TV's customer resource information management,the TV station customer resource information management system under the full media background that satisfies the interactive function of the members is designed and implemented.The development process of the television customer resource information management system adopts an object-oriented analysis and design method.The technology adopts the SSH framework structure,Java language programming,and the database adopts SQL Server 2014.Through Spring's face oriented programming(AOP),we achieve the dynamic management of membership integral rules,and achieve integral calculation without modifying code.Visualization of membership data analysis is achieved through dynamic chart technology.The main functions of the system include member management module,point management module,activity management module,analysis and mining module and system setting module.Membership management mainly implements four functions:membership information management,potential membership management,group management,and member advanced query.The activity management business mainly realizes the activity information management function,the questionnaire management function and the activity microsite management function.The analysis and mining business mainly achieves statistics of members,points,activities,statistics and membership analysis.The system setting module mainly implements the duplicate check and merging function,personal setting function,and basic data setting function.After the system is applied,the customer resources can be managed in a more systematic way,the formal members and potential members can be classified,and different types of points can be added,deleted,changed or queried according to the corresponding point rules.Different activities can be extended to corresponding users,users can choose whether to participate in the activity,it increases the scope of promotion of activities,and different members can be timely informed of the activity information.It enables users to participate in the corresponding activities to the maximum extent and timely feedback on product information,and it also timely analyzes and compiles statistics the information of members and points.
