In today's software product sales,the customer-centric concept has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.It focuses on enhancing interaction between the seller and the customer.Fully understand the basic situation of the customer,grasp the latest trends of the customer,and develop targeted and more targeted marketing methods to achieve the best sales results.In the sales of software products for government and large state-owned enterprises,they are still suffering with the problem of single means.The characteristics of the product cannot be displayed by a wealth of means.and the customer's characteristics of the product cannot be guaranteed.In addition,the coordination of marketing services work has also been affected.Therefore,in view of the above drawbacks,this paper has developed an interactive sales platform system.In the interactive sales platform system development process,it uses the MyBatis framework.Spring MVC framework,Dubbo middleware and other technical forms.The B/S architecture lays the foundation for the technical architecture of the system.The MyBatis framework focuses on the persistence of data.It takes transaction as the main form and includes multiple layers such as API interface and model.The biggest advantages of the Spring MVC framework are that it can fuse all types of view frameworks and it can separate components such as controllers and models.Data management is done by the Oraclellg database,which effectively saves server bandwidth.Dubbo middleware focuses on load balancing to ensure that business processes are targeted.The function realization of the system is mainly based on product management and personal information management.In product management,maintenance personnel maintain product information,including product categories,product cases,product introductions and other aspects.It can also manage OA resources.Product marketing can manage the business of functions,industries,roles,trials and other aspects.The main focuses of customer management are the use of customer information for this system.It can add,query,etc.for customer information and customer needs,and it can also view historical requirements.Personal information management can manage user information using the system,and users can also set personal information.The application of the system has played a positive role in many aspects.A comprehensive management mechanism is established for each customer's information and data,and a comprehensive grasp of the customer's actual situation is conducive to the development of a more targeted sales strategy.On the base of enhancing the product display effect,the user is provided with a higher quality service experience.For customer features,customers can configure themselves to quickly build a presentation system.While increasing the level of sales work,it further broadens the range of needs of market customers.
