Robots have gradually replaced manual labor in many fields with the rapid development of the robotics industry in recent years.RV reducers have become the first choice for robot reducers due to their superior performance in current robots production.The development of our country's RV reducer is faster,but due to the relatively late start,there is still a big gap between our country's current level and the advanced international level,at present,many domestic universities and research institutes attach great importance to the development of RV reducer.The structure of the RV reducer is relatively complex,and many parts and components are involved in the research and development process.The traditional design method will not only greatly increase the cost,but also cause a lot of time waste and increase labor cost.But by using the SolidWorks secondary development technology to parametrically design the RV reducer,some repetitive modeling steps in the RV reducer design process can be expressed in the form of a program language,which can make the design of the reducer more flexible and more adaptive to product type changes and market requirements.This project was based on the SolidWorks platform,using Visual Basic software for secondary development of SolidWorks2010,to write a software for rapid modeling,automatic modeling and automatic drawing of two-dimensional drawings of various components of the RV reducer to achieve rapid response to market requirements,reduce design time and increase work efficiency.
