Parametric design technique is to use parameterized software to achievestructure shape similar parts in the product of rapid, efficient and effectivedesign methods. It’s mainly used for series, standardization and generalizationdegree higher to finalize the design product. The design of the speed reducer hasa lot of repetitive work. But its appearance and structure is almost the same size,will not have the too big change, easy to carry on the parametric design.Compared with the traditional design method, parametric design technology caneffectively reduce duplication of work, shorten the design cycle, improve designefficiency, meets the requirements of modern product design.This paper cone-helical cylindrical gear reducer as an example, and basedon Pro/E software platform for secondary development, Visual studio2005asdevelopment tool, ADAMS2005r2as the simulation analysis software. On thebasis of national standard parts library method, this paper established a gearreducer parameterization, reliability, regularly design module, and realized theinformation transfer between customer requirements and design staff. Duringproduct design can directly invoke these modules. Through format conversion,fast complete virtual prototype model is established in ADAMS. Then do thedynamic simulation of the prototype and dynamics analysis.When dong the dynamics analysis, the input shaft, intermediate shaft,output shaft achieved speed and transmission ratio compared with the theoreticalvalue to verify the model design is correct or not. Through the analysis of gearmesh force curve can correctly understand the actual situation of the gear meshdynamic load. Designers in the design of the same series of cone-helicalcylindrical gear reducer of the different models of products, they need only onthe basis of the original series of the same template for the design of series ofsimilarity. Through the secondary development of Pro/E, design a suitable ofreducer parametric design module for machinery industry. It has an importantsignificance to improve the design efficiency of enterprises, reduce the laborintensity of technical personnel, short product development cycle. So it has abroad application prospect in the machinery manufacturing industry. |
