In the modern society with rapid development of information,mobile Internet and we-media have developed rapidly in recent years.WeChat has become a communication,media,marketing and social platform for almost everyone in China.With the continuous increase of WeChat users,the subsidiary functions in WeChat have gradually occupied people's daily life.Among them,WeChat subscription number is the outstanding among many functions,the number of subscription number has exceeded 15 million.The number of people who subscribe the subscription numbers is also increasing day by day.Taking‘Du Shaofei'as a case study,this paper adopts case analysis,content analysis,literature analysis and other research methods to comprehensively analyze its overall content,channel,operation strategy and business profit model.This paper summarizes the content of‘Du Shaofei'.The main content of the headline is original,with fixed quality columns,and the non-headline content is diversified,which is close to fashion while keeping interesting and profound.In terms of channels,more drainage can be realized through multi-platform communication.In terms of commercial marketing model,advertising marketing has been mature,and the cooperation with various well-known brands has been increasingly deepened.Meanwhile,the company has established the menswear customization brand ‘Lao ye hui'.From the sales data,the future prospects are promising.Use 4Cs marketing theory and the method of SWOT to analyze‘Du Shaofei',the operating strategy is relatively successful,has attracted a lot of loyal users,in the second and third tier cities also have the chance to attract more potential crowd,but‘Du Shaofei'on the propaganda and improve their popularity remains to be improved,and the rise of the short video industry has also had an impact to it.This paper synthesizes the advantages and disadvantages of the operation of‘Du Shaofei',and puts forward several operation suggestions based on the existing problems of the current fashion WeChat subscription number,with a view to improving the benign operation of the fashion we-media subscription number and excavating more commercial values.The first,target audience groups and provide personalized services.Second,decide integral style,establish the fixed column.Third,focus on content quality and refine content.Fourth,increase interaction with fans and strengthen user production.Fifth,pay attention to short video and build a short video production team.Sixth,create quality advertising and try more business models.
