| In recent years,with the development of the information communication industry and the popularity of smartphones,mobile communication becomes more and more important in social life.At the same time,with the driving force of users' big data requirements and the rapid development of wireless communications technologies,the fourth-generation mobile communications network is being deployed globally.China's communications enterprises have become more and more important in the global telecom market by going out.Currently,they have been playing a strong role in competing with the Western telecom industry.On the basis of the existing 2&3G network,how to deploy the network more quickly and efficiently to meet the requirements of domestic and foreign carriers for developing users to seize the market is a new topic in the presence of domestic communications enterprises.The strict requirements of common consumers for mobile communication also determine that the communication network needs to be upgraded or migrated,and project risk management must be strengthened.Project risk management is one of the nine knowledge fields of project management,which is very important for the smooth implementation and successful delivery of the project.By conducting project risk management,especially for mobile communication projects that are complex and changeable in overseas delivery environments,we can use scientific methods and tools to determine the uncertainty of results by using processes and tools to minimize the impact of non-profit factors during project delivery,finally,the project delivery target is achieved.Based on the knowledge system of project risk management,this paper discusses the whole process of project risk management,summarizes and analyzes the risks that the overseas communication project may encounter in each stage of the project,and analyzes the risks,propose solutions.Based on the risk management research of project E in country P,the risks of large-scale deployment of multi-RAT wireless communications equipment are summarized and improved,and the risk management model of the multi-RAT communication equipment migration project is established,it has a positive guiding significance for similar mobile communication projects in the future. |
