Under the development strategy of the national media integration,the advertising marketing of Xiamen radio and television station has been fully integrated to achieve the unified management of the omnimedia advertising business.This paper mainly discusses the how to break the existing two sets of advertising management system problems such as:it's not possible to input framework contracts/orders which contains broadcast,television and new media under the framework of omnimedia;all data being scattered,not a unified presentation;these problems seriously affect the pace of integrated marketing advertising business.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a new omnimedia advertising management system.Based on the background of media integration,the paper developed a set of management system to meet the operation of omnimedia advertising.On the basis of the omnimedia advertising and broadcast management business process,the main functions and core processes of the system are analyzed,and the overall framework of the system is designed.Among them,the key is how to put the characteristics of each media advertising into the whole system.The system is composed of five modules:advertising contract management,advertising order management,advertising financial management,comprehensive statistical analysis and system management.Through this system,the unified management of the omnimedia advertising business can be realized.The system has achieved the integration management of omnimedia advertising,which makes the advertising management system more standardized;through a unified interface specification,and makes each broadcast platform fully open,to ensure the security of data transmission and before sowing after sowing;system uses virtualization technology to achieve high availability infrastructure,strong recovery capability.After a year of project construction,the system has been officially launched.The system is enabled to improve the efficiency of advertising management,effectively protect the safety of broadcast advertising;to meet the requirements of omnimedia group advertising business,enhance the market competitiveness of the city;also in complex advertising management system,to achieve omnimedia advertising business has an important demonstration effect.
