The Design And Implementation Of Public Employment Service Management Information System

Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.With the rapid development of society and economy,the people's demand for public employment services provided by the government is growing,and the existing public employment service system can no longer meet the demand.The use of advanced and professional information solutions to build a new type of public employment service system to serve the government,the enterprise,and the people in accordance with the actual needs of the public employment field has urgent practical significance and application value.Under the premise of strictly following the relevant departments and provincial standards and norms,this paper integrates the actual needs and business processes of the city,and it combines the ideas of software engineering to model the object-oriented UML.It designs and implements a flexible and convenient public employment service system that fully meets the needs of current employment work.The system is based on the J2EE architecture,and the data access method uses a data mapping mechanism.The system uses the MVC design pattern to design the technical architecture.It performs design layering to distinguish interface presentation,logic control,and logic implementation.Between the various levels,the data message format is standardized,and the data is exchanged in a standard format.The system user presentation layer completes the interaction with the customer.The logical control layer is responsible for the distribution of the request and provides service components such as caching services,security services,and logging services.The business implements the layer service business processing.The business implementation layer also uses the idea of MVC tiering to clearly define the responsibilities and functions of each tier.The main functions of the system include:unemployment management,job introduction,unemployment insurance benefits,employment training,employment assistance and other modules.The unemployment management has realized unemployment registration,basic information management,unemployment registration certificate,and rural labor transfer employment registration.Career introduction can achieve functions such as unit recruitment,personal job search,career guidance,job recommendation,and application for subsidies.Unemployment insurance benefits has realized the unemployment payment registration,treatment review,treatment application,and treatment disbursement.Employment training can realize the application for training recommendation letter,registration,start-up approval,implementation training,student completion,feedback employment,training subsidy,appraisal subsidy application and so on.Employment assistance has achieved employment difficulties,employment of enterprises,placement of public welfare posts,and flexible employment of people with difficulties.The construction of the system can realize the comprehensive sharing of recruitment information of various labor populations,provide the basis for decision-making of relevant departments,realize the whole process management of the external export business of labor,and establish a scientific macro management system of labor.
