Students Employment Services And Platform Analysis And Design

As the current employment situation has become more critical in our country, and also some serious shortage exist in Graduates Employment Network of the Yunnan Provincial Ministry of Education, it has a good valuable significance to develop a series of Students Online Employment Service Platform based on actual demand.Firstly this article researched the current status of the function in university employment information network. it carried out a detailed requirement analysis, which includes systemic management process analysis and feasibility analysis. Based on preceding analysis, and Combining with employer demands, Graduate Requirements, needs in Career Guidance of university departments and education departments integrate decision-making needs, it has studied Graduate Employment Service platform design system based on B/S mode with Object-oriented technology. The system includes integrated structured design, functional module design, data design, systemic safety design etc. This paper designed five modules, such as a graduate management module, employer management module, college career guidance sector management module, public information release management module and system management module. And it did a object-oriented-style analysis and modeling for the system with the Unified Modeling Language UML and a series design for database structure in the core functional module.Finally, had some preliminary discussions for what kind of management mechanism it should be used for the completed system...
