At present, most of applied employment systems in the universities are based on the demands from academic authorities. These systems pay little attention to the demands from employers. Consequently, employers Can not use these systems as efficient supporting platforms in their campus recruiting activities. Facing transformation of talents this paper resent how to design and implement an employment system based on the demands from employers.Through Web technology as communication interface of employers and students, the author adopts objectoriented technology to design a triple-level framework which focuses on both students’ job hunting and employers’recruiting.ne article analyses the various types of Web application and the status of employment system, the author applies J2EE technology, data access technology to combine with SQL Server database, and target technologies to design and develop the system. The system consists of user registration subsystem,students’job hunting subsystem, employers’recruiting subsystem and public information management subsystem.On the one hand,the article elaborates the logical and functional structure of the system,security and access control methods. Finally, design and implementation of system and test system.The results of test and use indicate the system is reliable. It is qualified to be used by not only universities but also the employing units. The university employment system based on B/S framework provides an information platform for both employing units and universities. It improves the rate of students’ employment effectively. |
