Design And Implementation Of Employment Services Information Management System

With the rapid development of Chinese economics,Chinese comprehensive strength has been greatly improved,which is particularly prominent in the development of Chinese education.But at the same time,Chinese education is also faced with the various problems.In recent years,with the reform of college graduates' employment system and the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,the employment of the graduates is becoming more and more outstanding,and has been widely concerned by the society.The problem of college graduates' difficult employment is a problem that can not be ignored in the process of higher education.With the number of fresh graduates increasing,employment service information management has been a big challenge.Traditional employment service information management is mainly by manual management and the respective management way.On one hand,low efficiency and high cost bring greater pressure to the workers of employment service information management,on the other hand,graduates obtain employment information approach is single and lack sources of information,unable to effectively obtain real-time information of applications for a job and find a suitable job;Enterprise information platform is limited and Enterprises' information is regional and could not be found in time.In order to meet the needs of enterprises,students and government.To improve information exchange,information storage,information services,information mining,a comprehensive graduate information service system platform development has become the primary task at present.The main topics of the paper are three aspects which are system analysis,system design,system testing.Firstly,it needs research and analysis on all aspects.For the need of graduates looking for work,enterprises finding talented person,the government managing employment we find out the functional requirements of the system.Then according to the general principles of software development and some existing problems of community service information management system,we put forward the non functional requirements of the system.Secondly,according to the requirement of the system we designed and implemented the system.First,the development of the system uses the B/S structure,the use of the three major framework of J2EE:Struct2,Hibernate,Spring,database using MYSQL databasetable;according to the system's needs and the current Internet technology we designed the overall framework of the system to ensure the system's hierarchy and feasibility.And then according to the functional' requirements of the system we designed module division to ensure the coupling between the system modules and the degree of polymerization of the whole system.Then the database for the underlying data storage is designed to ensure data integrity,security,security performance while reducing data redundancy.In the implementation phase,the operating environment of the system is fully considered,and the software environment and hardware environment of the system are complementary to each other.Finally the system to make a complete functional display.Thirdly,system testing for the system.First of all,the function of the system is tested to ensure the availability of the system.And then the system is carried out to ensure the safety of the system.The mainly aims of this topic is to use the existing Internet technology to develop a comprehensive platform for the public to solve the problems of graduates employment difficulties,communication difficulties,employment management difficulties.
