| In recent years, the Labor Security Department is facing a more and more serious problem that the population of employment and enjoying social insurance becomes larger and larger, but the functions of online service system only for units’registration are not complete, as a result, most business works have to be conducted in service hall rather than on internet. What’s more, management of employment and insurance service have been involved in the whole society and all units, and the existing simple online management system can not meet the requirements of the expanded business, then it is urgent to set up and provide a more comprehensive public service system dealing with the overall and constantly increasing business.This paper aims to study in what ways could the professional capacity of Employment and Social Security Department be improved and better promoted. As the information construction of Labor Security Department is not able to meet the requirements of its business development, namely, units as well as individuals even can not easily to get related employment and insurance information online, let alone the access to convenient online service. Naturally, to effectively deal with the existing problems, it is necessary to change the present service mode, make use of service-oriented framework as well as establish and improve the public service platform.This system adopts service-oriented framework, aiming to provide units and individuals with easy employment and social insurance related service, it employs multiple techniques with clear structure, enabling the system to be more extendable and maintainable.Establishing a employment and social insurance public service system based on comprehensive service to provide with units and individuals a much more convenient way to handle business online could help to connect the platforms within service sectors, which exerts a positive influence on the work accuracy, work promptness, and work efficiency of Labor Security Department. |
