With the rapid development of computer network technology,the operations of all walks of life tend to be networked,automated,and intelligent.For enterprises,human resource management is the most important,most active and most potential resource management within the enterprise,and is an indispensable part of modern enterprise management.It runs through the entire process of production and operation of the enterprise and serves the ultimate goal of sustainable development and striving for efficiency.Therefore,in recent years,most enterprises have used personnel management systems to manage corporate personnel and create more wealth for enterprises.Enterprise Personnel Management System Based on Spring Cloud designed and implemented in this paper has changed the drawbacks of the traditional paper-based personnel management methods,such as poor confidentiality,low efficiency,and inability to perform real-time query,update,and maintenance of large amounts of data.Introducing the personnel management system in the enterprise can simplify many complicated and cumbersome workflows,and complete the work that needs to be manually processed by using the computer network,greatly improving work efficiency and accuracy,saving management costs and improving enterprise management level.Therefore,designing and implementing a personnel management system suitable for the enterprise has far-reaching significance.This paper mainly uses the combination of theory and practice to write.By reading the relevant literature,drawing on the latest theories and models of personnel management at home and abroad,using the current popular development techniques,starting from the current personnel management system requirements,the paper is written according to the actual development process.This article mainly adopts theSpring Cloud-based microservice development model and adopts the current very popular B/S architecture.The server side uses the Spring MVC framework to control and forward business processes,and uses the Shiro security framework for login authentication and permission checking.The front end uses HTML+CSS and uses the Vue.js framework for two-way control of pages and data.This article uses the IDEA2017 development environment,My SQL database server to implement the Spring Cloud-based enterprise personnel management system.The system integrates multiple functional modules such as department management,position management,attendance management and compensation management,making it a full-featured personnel management system that can truly serve the general enterprise.The user groups that use the system have different operation rights according to different roles,and can operate different modules to ensure the security of the system.For the personnel management system,the system must be safe and reliable,and can truly meet the needs of different roles within the enterprise,creating huge and intangible wealth for the enterprise.Therefore,the system must be tested during system development and before it is actually put into use.Through the function and performance test of the system,it is proved that the solution of the personnel management system is feasible,and basically realizes the demand for personnel management in general enterprises.It can ensure the enterprise group management and diversified development,which has important practical significance for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
