With the rapid development of Internet, Java technology has become a mainstream technology of software industry. In order to realize standardize and standardization of encoding, a variety of frameworks technology come to the fore, among them, the most famous is the Struts2, Spring, and Hibernate. Comparing With the traditional SSH (Struts1+ Spring+Hibernate) structure, a new architecture of Struts2+Spring2+Hibernate3 has the advantage of the new changes in Struts2.Struts2.0 version launched in 2007 is a new framework, which improves some of the major deficiency of Strutsl. Relative to the Strutsl, Struts2 utilizes interceptors or interceptor stack to separate enable users business logic (Action) with the Servlet API, realizing the dynamic block before and after Action executed, simplifying Action Code, and provides a more rich set of function, Such as data type conversion, internationalization, and file uploads. And more, Struts2 is simpler, more flexible than Strutsl, such as abrogating ActionForm components, supporting for OGNL language, and support multiple view technologies, such as Jsp, Velocity, FreeMarker, JasperReports and so on.This article first discusses The Struts2, Spring2 and Hibernate base and its related technologies, including the key supporting technology for all frameworks. And then we study the ways to integrate Struts2 and Spring, the means to integrate Spring and Hibernate, as well as the best practices to integrate Struts2, Spring and Hibernate 3 kinds of technology. Finally, Struts2, Spring and Hibernate integration technology has been applied in the actual project——enterprise personnel management system.
