Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Personnel Management Information System Based On B/S

At this stage,with the continuous development of social informatization,the full application of the information management system has a positive effect on the favourable development of the enterprise.With the rapid development of social economy,enterprises pay more attention to the scale,and promote the development of enterprise informationization.Enterprise management information system not only has a direct impact on the improvement of enterprise efficiency,but also has a positive role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,so how to make full use of enterprise information system is always the focus attention of the enterprise development.The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze and design the enterprise personnel management information system.In order to achieve this goal,B/S mode is adopted as the development mode,J2 EE is adopted as the development platform to realize the software,and MySQL database is used to store and manage the data.Finally the enterprise personnel management information system that meets the need of enterprise is designed and implemented successfully.In the stage of system requirements analysis,this thesis make the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system through a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics,objectives and business process of the system.This thesis finish the design of the system function module,design of the database and design of the system architecture at the stage of the system design,and according to the demand division,this analysis design the login authentication module,user management module,staff management module,department management module,attendance management module,and other functional modules.At the stage of system implementation,this thesis realize the personnel management information system by using J2 EE platform and My SQL database,and the system contains the functions that are described aboved such as login authentication and user management.The system has been put into use,and it make the traditional way of personnel work better successfully.Besides,it achieve the gold of timely review and collation of information,improve work efficiency,and reduced the cost of enterprise management and operation.
