After more than ten years of development,the service mode of audiobook platforms in China have undergone significant innovations: from individualized service to individualized service,from passive service to active service,and the emergence of knowledge service.The development of science and technology enables more information technology to be used in the service of the audiobook platforms.The use of advanced information technology,such as big data technology and cloud computing technology,provides a strong support for the service providers to understand and meet the personalized needs of users.Knowledge service also alleviates the burden of knowledge acquisition in the environment of information overload for users.Enriching service modes and improving service quality have become important means of increasing loyalty of users and achieving economic benefits for audiobook platforms.Based on user needs,audio content resources and information technology as the core,this paper analyzes and summarizes three types of common modes of audiobook platforms services personalized demand traction service mode,knowledge service mode and technology support service mode,moreover their connotation,characteristics,operation process,advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the problems that should be paid attention in practical application are put forward.Personalized demand traction service mode emphasizes the dominant position of users,investigates the needs of users,builds user model,allows the content to meet the personalized needs for users,and receives feedback to adjust the push content.This mode requires accurate matching of the content resources of the platform with the personalized needs of users.Knowledge service mode highlights the role of service providers.The service refines knowledge resources from massive content resources,forms knowledge products,and improves the efficiency of knowledge absorption by users.The service process is highly professional.The technology support service mode is based on information technology.It applies information technology to the service of audiobook platforms.Under the impetus of information technology,it achieves the optimization and innovation of service.The specific applications of cloud storage technology,big data technology and network security technology are emphatically analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the service mode of audiobook platforms,including actively guiding the development of users' needs,improving the quality of knowledge service,setting up excellent expert teams,establishing and improving user feedback mechanism and carrying out service innovation.
