With the rapid development of the economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment.User demand has gradually become the decisive factor for enterprises to develop the market."Internet +" application development in manufacturing industry,Applying Internet technology to intel igent design and manufacturing has become a powerful means for enterprises to grasp market trends and enhance product competitiveness.Based on the related products Online Review as the research object.Using text mining,expressive transformation,and functional expansion of the house of quality transform user demand elements into product quality characteristics and product technical information.This method can help enterprises quickly and accurately realize personalized design and manufacturing of products in line with user demand.Paper use Java language,HTML CSS design to achieve the user demand analysis system based on QFD(UDAS.1.0),and a mobile phone product is given to demonstrate the suitability and feasibility of the system.(1)Study the acquisition and expression transformation methods of user requirements.In order to help enterprises to collect user requirements and rapidly iterate products,this paper compared and analyzed the current popular user research methods.Along with the Internet technology paper proposed "based on the Internet information user research method".After studying the consumer decision-making model,this method firstly mines the network comment text,and transforms the mining results into the survey questionnaire.Then users can use this questionnaire to conveniently and quickly simulate shopping to assist consumption decision.Finally,enterprises use this method to obtain large-scale user behavior data for demand analysis(2)Research network comment text mining technology,to build a product characteristics evaluation model based on text mining.In order to achieve the user needs access,paper first use python's jieba participle and stop list of data preprocessing,then Use the tf-idf function to extract product keywords from reviews and use the development version of synonyms,Lin similarity calculation method based on path and depth will comment phrase form the set of each type of key phrase classification;Finally using emotional dictionary calculates the average emotional tendency,each type of characteristic under the phrase,The product feature evaluation model of text mining is constructed.(3)The user demand transformation method based on QFD is studied,and the quality house model based on user decision behavior is established.In order to solve the problem of inaccurate transformation from user requirements to product quality characteristics and product technology,This paper studies the QFD theory,Firstly,by improving the traditional quality house model,a quality house model suitable for the needs of users in this study was proposed.Then the key user demand elements of mobile phone products are used to expand the house of quality functions.Finally,the quality characteristics,technical information and importance of mobile phone products are obtained,and the usability of the model are verified.To sum up,this paper uses My SQL to create a database.The user demand system based on QFD is developed by adopting Java,HTML+CSS,Tomcat server and other technologies.And take the mobile phone product as an example to carry on the system application test,the effect is good.
