Audio books have developed the hearing function of people's "ears".While satisfying people's needs for spiritual culture,they have made use of the time of fragmentation and have adapted to the masses' lifestyles and usage habits.With the development of the mobile Internet and the popularization of software and hardware,the audio-reading platform based on mobile terminals continues to emerge and continues to provide convenient tools and platforms for people to use audio books.In recent years,the development of the audiobook platform has been swift and violent.As the representative listening platform for the Himalayan FM,QingTing FM,Lazy Listening,etc.,it has gradually entered the content payment model,and at the same time,the publishing company's audiobook platform also appeared one after another.In 201 7,Beijing Zhanlu Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.officially launched Zhan Lu Reading APP.CITIC Publishing Group's CITIC Academy APP went online,Dangdang launched Dangdang Audio Book App,and the NPC Reading Club App also followed online.Although there is a good momentum for the development of audiobook platforms in China,there are also some problems that are inevitable.The development of audiobook platforms needs further exploration.This article takes the audiobook platform of our country as the research object,and takes the three platforms of Himalaya FM,QingTing FM and Lazy Listening as examples.It compares and analyzes the three aspects of strategic level,content level and profitability level and summarizes the problems existing in the development of audiobook platforms in China,and propose corresponding countermeasures,with a view to provide reference for the audiobook platform in China to provide reference,at the same time,for the publishing unit to create audio books platform to provide reference.First of all,this article sorts out relevant research literature,defines related concepts,and then summarizes the background and development history of the audiobook platform in China,and analyzes the development environment of the audiobook platform in ChinaSecondly,this paper uses data analysis method,case comparison analysis method and literature research method,and takes the three platforms of Himalayas FM,QingTing FM and Lazy Listening as examples to compare and analyze the three aspects of strategic level,content level and profitability level.The strategic level mainly includes three aspects:role positioning,function setting,and user composition.The content level mainly includes content composition and segmentation,content source,and content copyright.The profitability level mainly consists of the advertising profit model,the content payment model,and derivative industry development model in three aspects.Then,based on the results of comparative analysis,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the audiobook platform in China in three aspects:strategic level,content level and profitability level.The main problems are inaccurate role positioning,functional service needs to be improved;lack of content quality protection,content homogenization,serious and frequent content infringements;high content production costs and weak user willingness to pay.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in our country's audiobook platform,we propose corresponding countermeasures.For example,to implement effective strategic decisions:highlight unique features of the platform and establish a user network community;strengthen content management:establish a content review mechanism,accurately subdivide content,improve the copyright protection system;improve profitability:implement a reasonable pricing strategy,make rational use of "content leaders" and "fan economy".
