With the development and popularization of embedded technology, a wide range ofembedded devices has been increasingly widely used in office automation, industrialautomation and other fields. However, in the field of industrial control systems, PLC, DCSand other traditional distribution systems for industrial control systems tend to control thelarge and very large systems, for small control applications is still only a digital meter, andbecause of the low level of intelligence, the poor performance of real-time, digital metercan not meet the requirements of modern industrial control.First, the paper analyzes the status of Configuration software, introduces developmentstatus and technologies of Configuration software. Then proposed a new design method ofembedded industrial controller, which combin of data acquisition technology, embeddedtechnology and the SPI field bus technology. This paper is primarily responsible for thedesign of the main controller,established the hardware platform, configured andtransplanted the system software, set up the Qt4development environment and used Qt4todesign a industrial control visual graphical user interface under the Linux operating system,transplanted the program to the ARM9successfully and run the test. Users can monitor andmanage the industrial field equipment through the main controller, and fully used themodularization to design the control procedures. Users can control interface by using theconfiguration operator, in order to realize the functions such as the data transmission,computing, storage, monitoring, chart shows, etc. Because of Qt source code has thecharacteristics of high openness, strong usability, and good portability, users and otherdevelopers can modify and perfect code, extend the software function according to theactual needs on the basis of program design in this paper, what can improve the applicationrange of this kind of industrial controller to a large extent, and also conducive to the latemaintenance and development of the controller. Tests prove that,the software for dataprocessing has high precision,fast speed, good real-time performance, and can meet therequirement of industrial application.
