Modern data acquisition and transmission system has been from the traditional data acquisition, processing of the test measurement of entering into industrial and process control. It has become indispensable to modern industrial automation of a component. As an integral part of the industrial control automation, data acquisition and transmission system, the development process of industrial production informatization has huge role. The traditional cable transmission mode needs laying a large number of communication cables, and line layout by geographical limitations is bigger. Add, reduce or change the data acquisition is difficult. Construction cost and maintenance cost is high. It can't well meet the requirements. The data acquisition and transmission system combined with Internet technology, according to the characteristics of building materials industrial production environment and wireless transmission system research and design, both the market demand, and the needs of the society, has important practical significance.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the industrial production environment, in the analysis of a variety of mainstream application fit the wireless transmission mode in the industrial production process, presents a ARM architecture based on Cortex-M3 kernel STM32 microprocessor as control core, using GPRS as the transmission of the data acquisition and wireless transmission system. Combined with the characteristics, the principle, the structure of GPRS network, build system architecture consists of data acquisition control module, transmission module, GPRS network, Internet and remote data centers. The basic design idea is to data acquisition and wireless transmission system via the GPRS network access Internet, realize the communication between the system and the remote datacenter.This paper gives the whole system hardware and software design in detail. In hardware design, I design a set of data acquisition, control, display and transmission functions of the hardware circuit. And I purchased components, made a PCB plate and weld the material. In software design, after analyzing the TCP/IP protocol, UDP protocol and TCP protocol based on the characteristic, adopts the idea of modular design, according to the GPRS communication software design is given, and details of each module of the software process, including system initialization module, GPRS module, GPRS module initialization and data network access receiving and sending module. Finally I tested the hardware function and the basic communication function of the whole system. The whole system is in normal operation, and the process of data transmission is reliable.
