With the development of economy,the living standard of Chinese residents has gradually improved and the dietary structure has changed.The diet of Chinese residents is no longer limited to satisfying the needs of food,but to pursue diversified and nutritious foods.Various kinds of fresh products are indispensable parts of their diet and improve the physical quality of Chinese residents.However,the origin of fresh products is different,the products are perishable,the production time of products is seasonally different,and the demand of customers is time-sensitive.In order to ensure the quality of fresh products,cold chain technology and equipment are needed in the process of distribution of fresh products.With the improvement of consumption level and e-commerce,the cold-chain logistics of fresh products in China has developed rapidly in recent years.However,compared with developed countries,there are many problems in technology,equipment and planning of cold-chain logistics in China.The problems in the distribution process of fresh products include large loss,high cost of cold chain logistics,unstable quality of fresh products and lack of unified management standards.Our government attaches great importance to the development of cold chain logistics and has published some policy documents in order to develop cold chain logistics.Distribution plays a key role in the logistics process of fresh products.There are still some problems in the cold-chain logistics distribution of fresh products,such as lack of logistics equipment and technology,insufficient information support and unscientific distribution path planning.In order to reduce the loss in the distribution process and improve consumer satisfaction,it is necessary to optimize the distribution path.This paper mainly studies the cold-chain logistics distribution route optimization of Jilin city fresh products.Based on the analysis of Jilin's present distribution mode,the problems of Jilin's distribution route selection are summarized.According to the characteristics of fresh products and user needs,the basic model of distribution route optimization is constructed.The objective function is to minimize the total cost on the premise of meeting the time window and need of demand points.The total cost includes the fixed cost of vehicles,the transportation cost of vehicles,the refrigeration consumption cost in distribution,the product loss cost in distribution and the penalty cost caused by the time window of demand points.This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms,and finally chooses simulated annealing genetic algorithm.Simulated annealing genetic algorithm can not only avoid falling into the local optimal solution,but also overcome the dependence on the initial value.According to the actual situation of Jilin fresh product distribution centers and demand points,this paper uses MATLAB software to solve the problem,and obtains the optimal path,which proves the rationality and effectiveness of the model.This paper also puts forward specific optimization suggestions,including improving the utilization rate of distribution vehicles,reasonable planning of departure time within the allowable time window,incorporating vehicle weight into limited conditions,strengthening enterprise cooperation,strengthening service awareness and introducing technical means.These suggestions can improve the efficiency of cold-chain distribution of fresh products,ensure product quality,reduce distribution costs and promote the development of cold-chain logistics.
