With the development of museums business,museums are becoming a new mode of industrial heritage protection.This paper chooses the China Industrial Museum in Shenyang,an old industrial base in Northeast China,as a research object,Under the guidance of collective memory theory of memory place,to explore whether different intergenerational groups have Shared memory and memory differences,the main contents of Shared memory and memory differences,and the factors influencing intergenerational memory,when after visiting China industrial museum.The conclusion of this study has important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of memory production in China industrial museum and the awakening and strengthening of visitors' memory.In this paper,Firstly,the literature analysis method is used to sort out the relevant documents of the relic-type industrial museum,intergenerational theory and intergenerational tourism,protection and tourism development of the China Industrial Museum,define the concept of the relic-type Industrial Museum and intergenerational memory,and analyze the memory place and collective memory theory,which lay a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Secondly,the paper expounds the establishment and development of Shenyang foundry,the process of the inverse of industrialization and the construction of the foundry museum,the forming process of memory place in China industrial museum.And discusses the main characteristics of memory place of China industrial museum.Thirdly,according to the main ideas of memory place theory,collective memory and intergenerational theory,combined with the current situation of memory place in China Industrial Museum,through pre-interview,the author tries to establish the intergenerational memory measurement scale for tourists in memory place and analyses the memory space,memory elements and memory influencing factors of China Industrial Museum,through pre-investigation and investigation.Integral items,and eventually form a formal measurement scale.Finally,quantitative research methods are adopted to analyze memory space,memory elements and memory influencing factors.In the process of analysis,cohabitation data of measurement scale is the main part,while online log texts and interview texts are supplemented.The research has found that(1)Visitors from different generations have different levelsof memory of seven memory Spaces and 18 memory elements,after visiting the China museum of industry.Generally,the overall average value of the tourists born in the 50 s and60s is higher than that of the younger generation born in the 80 s and 90 s.(2)From a generational perspective,a similar generation of tourists has the characteristics of sharing memory space and memory elements and collective differences,Because of that the birth age,social experience,living environment,values are relatively close.Among them,the older visitors have higher sharing to the machine pavilion,casting pavilion and the spirit of labor,the younger visitors have higher sharing to Auto pavilion model exhibition area.The tourists born in the 70 s are in the transition stage(3)The factor analysis show that the influencing factors of tourists 'memory are intergenerational,political,social,epochal and media factors in order from strong to weak.The 22 factors of the 5 dimensions can be divided into five levels from the strongest to the weakest according to the descending power arrangement of the mean influence.Based on the research findings,this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the intergenerational memory of visitors to the China Industrial Museum,including collecting collections,strengthening memory content,improving functions,strengthening memory awakening,building brand,highlighting memory characteristics,promoting publicity and promoting memory inheritance.
