Study On Rural Museum From The Perspective Of Collective Memory Construction ——A Case Of The Rural Culture Exhibition Hall In Liuba Town,Minle County

Rural museum is a cultural museum and exhibition hall built in traditional villages,which mainly displays traditional agricultural production tools,farmers' daily necessities and folk cultural goods,and reflects rural natural culture,history and folk customs.Rural museum is an important way to preserve rural life scenes and write rural memory.At present,with the deepening of urbanization,retaining rural memory and building rural museums have become important measures for the protection and revitalization of rural culture.This paper regards the rural Museum as a memory place,and the core problem is how to construct people's collective memory about the countryside? What is the significance of this construction to the inheritance and development of rural culture? Based on this,with the help of collective memory construction theory,this paper investigates the rural culture exhibition hall in Liuba Town,Minle County,Gansu Province by using participatory observation and interview,and tries to answer this questionAs a memory place,Liuba town rural culture exhibition hall constructs people's collective memory of folk music countryside under the joint action of various forces.In the process of memory construction,the local government has the main voice and brings the rural memory originally belonging to the folk into the official narrative;Villagers,as visitors and curators of rural museums,play a dual role in the construction of Museum memory.On the one hand,villagers,as visitors,re-examine their cultural environment;on the other hand,as curators,villagers construct the memory of rural life;Tourists are participants in rural cultural memory.When they enter the collective memory space created by the museum,their past experience makes them become a group sharing the past and form a unified collective memory in practice.Therefore,under the guidance of the government and the physical practice of villagers and tourists,the rural Museum constructs the collective memory through the symbolic content.Local artifacts are an important memory element of rural memory and rural scene display,which plays an important role in strengthening rural memory,but the local artifacts displayed in the display cabinet have a sense of alienation.Therefore,the exhibition hall provides a real picture for rural memory through the scene reproduction created by sculpture,and people can form a real perception of rural life when watching.In addition,as a memory space separated by boundaries,the arrangement and combination of infrastructure such as routes and signs in the exhibition hall also guide the knowledge and identity construction of visitors.From the above research path,the author found that the rural Museum has constructed the emotional space about the countryside through the construction of collective memory.Any visitor's practice here can strengthen their local identity of folk music and their cognition of the identity of "folk musician",so as to realize the intergenerational inheritance of rural culture.
