As an indispensable element in electronic tags and electronic devices,NFC(Near Field Communication)technology is extensively applied in the current IoT(Internet of Things)and electronic consumption scenarios such as bus card,mobile phone NFC payment,etc.What's more,thanks to the combination of NFC technology with mobile payment and IoT electron label,NFC technology is gaining momentum for rapid growth on a global scale.However,most of NFC related products,which have undefined label parameters,label form and NFC technical standards in the current market,have problems such as poor compatibility and unfriendly experience etc.Meanwhile,the long industrial chain involved in NFC technology and the excessive number of manufacturers pose an unprecedented challenge to the compatibility and consistency of NFC technology.Therefore,before going live,it is crying for a well compatible test instrumentation to test the compatibility and conformance of products,thus providing sound experience of NFC products.In China,the research and development of this kind of test instrumentation is immature.On abroad,related test instrumentations are monopolized by several large companies,making domestic companies daunting due to high price and maintenance cost of their instrument.Therefore,it is imperative to design a complete independent intellectual NFC-compatible test instrument featuring high compatibility,simple operation,strong extendibility and low cost.This paper elaborates and analyzes the intelligent control system based on embedded technology in adaptive NFC compatibility test instrument.And also study the subject structure and each functional module of the intelligent control system of NFC adaptive test instrument's intelligent control system.The main contents and innovations of this paper were obtained:1.Focusing on the test instrument intelligent control system,the content of the Type A communication protocol in the ISO/IEC 14443 protocol is studied in detail,and detailed analysis and research on key specifications including key algorithms,data link layer key technologies and half-duplex communication protocols are conducted.With ARM technology,it provides key algorithms and processes including anti-collision loop algorithm and half-duplex communication protocol,and completes communication process of NFC-A technology.2.Based on the software and hardware architecture of the intelligent control system of the test instrument,it has designed the system hardware and software architecture of PS(ARM)+PL(FPGA)based on ZYNQ 7000 platform,and the related modules divided the related modules.3.Focusing on the realization of the test instrument intelligent control system,the various modules required for the intelligent control system are designed and implemented.The functional module includes main control module,communication interface module,initialization module,radio frequency parameter processing module,protocol data processing module,SPY module and intelligent instruction batch processing module.With these modules,several functions such as adjustable RF field parameters,PCD simulation test flow,PICC simulation test flow,SPY monitoring and intelligent instruction batch processing are realized through the intelligent control system.Based on these functions,it can carry out tests required for protocol conformance and compatibility of NFC-A technology related devices.4.The ability to the test instrument data processing is optimized.When the improved SPY function is used a third-party monitoring device for indepenent monitor,it innovatively synchronizes SPY monitoring and PICCs simulation or PCDs simulation test,optimizes the redundancy of third-party monitoring for redundant equipment in test instrumentation testing.5.The intelligent instruction batch processing function is realized through the test process of the instrument.With this function,commands are centrally issued but executed step-by-step,thus determining whether to continue executing the commanding items based on return status.Therefore,the automated test flow processing with precise time is realized,and the relevant tests with strict time requirements in the compatibility test are completed.6.The interface program of upper computer software is realized by the dynamic link library technology and multi-threading technology.What's more,the tester development interface is provided for the tester to improve the automation and intelligence of the overall operation of the instrument device.
