In recent years, thanks to the popularity of intelligent terminals and the development of mobile Internet, more and more products use NFC (Near Field Communicationd abbreviation) technology to communicate. NFC, which is a short-range wireless communication technology, operates at 13.56 MHz and communication distance is generally less than 10cm. Compared to other wireless communication technology, its communication distance is very short, which has a natural security advantage in the field of mobile payment.Due to the large number of related hardware vendors and the long industry chain ,NFC products in practical application exist compatibility issues. Therefore, improving the NFC end-to-end compatibility, optimizing the NFC ecological environment has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this point, this paper design a NFC transceiver circuit instrument. This instrument realize the adjustment of the transmission parameters, like the frequency and the depth of modulation which is to be used to simulate POS terminals with different transmission parameters. Most of the POS terminals can be simulated by combining different transmission parameters, which can be used to reproduce the actual fault encountered in the process of swipe with the POS terminal and help to analyze and resolve the compatibility issues, improve the end-to-end compatibility of NFC.First, this paper describes the NFC technology in general and the application of the status quo at home and abroad, analyzes the current status of NFC terminal test,and expounds the significance of this design.Second, this paper introduces theoretical knowledge of NFC and the design principle of transmitter and receiver.Thirdly, this paper designes carrier generation, modulation, amplification and antenna driving circuit according to different function modules. Then the paper introduces the PCB test after the plate.Last, the paper summarizes and expounds the content of this paper.
