NFC(Near Field Communication)is a short-range and high frequency wireless communication technology,which can work in 10 cm with the frequency of 13.56MHz.In recent years,NFC technology has been supported by the giants at home and abroad,due to its promising business case options.NFC technology can be applied to many scenes,such as near field payment,bus card,access card,file transfer,and so on.In the NFC industry,many manufacturers has own technology,which leading to some compatibility problems in the application of various NFC products,because they want to be a monopoly in the industrial chain.It makes the development of NFC technology in China has been subject to various obstacles.Based on the above problem,the paper designed a transmitter circuit of NFC test instrument.The instrument can realize modulation in transmission parameters,including adjustable depth,frequency,power and so on.In other word,it can simulate two sides of NFC communication--PCD(reader and writer)and PICC(card)with different parameter combinations.By simulating the PCD terminals and PICC,we can help to reappear the faults of different NFC product terminals in the actual application,so as to solve the compatibilitly problems between them.At the end of this paper,the PCD simulation system and PICC simulation system of test instrument are compared with the MP300 TC2 equipmet which developed by Micropross Company.The experimental data show that the performance of the transmitter and the overall parameter adjustment of the test instrument designed by this thesis is better than that of MP300 TC2.
