In recent years,with the acceleration of the process of globalization,the competition between enter:prises has become more intense,and efficient enterprise management is particularly important.As far as the manufacturing industry is concerned,the core of enterprise management is production management.With the rapid development of information technology industry today,if the information management of production process can be realized,enterprise managers can fully understand the production plan,production schedule,production workers' working conditions,etc.,so as to effectively control the efficiency of production and the quality of production products.For this reason,many enterprises have introduced MES manufacturing management systems and other various production information management systems,realizing the fine management of manufacturing.However,in order to understand the real-time production status of the workshop,we can only go to the workshop for field investigation.This is not only bad for enterprises to know the production status of the workshop in real time,but also has a certain impact on the management efficiency of the workshop.In the industrial field,there are many simulation software that can realize the two-dimensional production process display of the workshop or the three-dimensional production status view of a single equipment,but the three-dimensional visualization of the whole workshop production and manufacturing system has not been involved too much.With the continuous development of virtual reality technology and the emergence of numerous virtual reality engines,new ideas are provided for the 3D visualization process of manufacturing enterprises.Aiming at the existing virtual reality technology and combining with the actual production in the workshop,this paper studied some problems in the visualization process of the workshop,and finally put forward a set of visualization solutions for the production process of the workshop by using the Unity3D engine,SolidWorks,3ds max and other 3d drawing tools.First of all,this paper studies the equipment and production data acquisition scheme of manufacturing enterprises,and formulates a set of schemes in line with the current development of manufacturing industry.The function of data acquisition and transmission is realized.The data are classified and stored in the database to query and invoke.Next,the 3D scene restoration of the workshop is studied.The SolidWorks 3D drawing software is used to conduct 3D modeling of the equipment.After the modeling is completed,the equipment is imported iinto 3ds max for editing and rendering.After rendering,the device is divided into model and image for export.In the Unity3D scene,restore the workshop area,and then install the equipment according to the specified location to realize the construction of 3D scene.The function of data acquisition and transmission is realized.The data are classified and stored in the database.Thirdly,after the completion of 3D scene construction,some specific functions in the 3D roaming process of the workshop were studied.Including the first person perspective control,scene switching,collision detection,database connection and other functions.According to the envisaged roaming scenario,the feasibility of roaming technology scheme is verified step by step.At last,a complete 3D visual reduction is developed in a foundry workshop.The equipment of the casting workshop and the overall layout of the workshop were restored.After building the system,programming and functional development are carried out for each module to realize all kinds of information needed to be displayed in the roaming scene.Finally,the system is tested to verify the feasibility of the system and find the shortcomings and improvements of the system.The main innovation of this paper lies in the application of virtual reality technology in the process of 3D real-time visualization in the manufacturing field,and the production process is intuitively presented to the workshop managers through the virtual engine.An example of a foundry workshop was developed to verify the feasibility of the system.It provides a relatively new idea for the informatization process of manufacturing enterprises.
