Research On Optimization Of Informatization Strategy Of Weichai Power Co.,Ltd

With the development of information technology,the integration of high-tech and ?Internet? and industrial production has become more and more obvious.Under this context,it is an important topic for us to research how traditional manufacturing enterprises improve their informatization level through the implementation and optimization of informatization strategy,and win the first opportunity in the process of manufacturing intelligent transformation.First,this thesis summarizes the related literatures a t home and abroad around the enterprise information strategy.Combining with previous research,this thesis expounds the connotation of informatization strategy,and summarizes the basic contents of informatization strategy research,which include the rela tionship between informatization and corporate strategy,the factors affecting informatization strategy,the analysis of the implementation effect of informatization strategy,and informatization strategy optimization,etc.Second,this thesis combines the research themes and combs the relevant theoretical research,and uses the information strategy matching theory and information strategy planning to lay the theoretical foundation for this research.Third,this thesis takes Weichai Power as the research object,introduces the basic situation of the enterprise,summarizes and analyzes the implementation history and current situation of Weichai Power Informatization Strategy,and analyzes the main problems in the implementation of its information strategy.Afterwards,this thesis uses the PEST analysis method and the five-force model to discuss the macro environment and competition environment of Weichai Power,and analyzes the internal environment of Weichai Power.Then,the thesis also discusses the objectives and principles of Weichai Power's Information Strategy Optimization,which include five optimization contents.Finally,this thesis also puts forward suggestions on the guarantee of Weichai Power's development of information strategy from three aspects: organizational security,talent security and corporate culture protection.
