In recent years,with the rapid development and industrial revolution in the field of intelligent manufacturing,the provided production modes which insist mass production as guide gradually turn into the modes that insist user demands as guide,and this transform puts forward higher requirements in the production status traceability of production process.Users and purchasers also are being demanders who trace the production status of product,compared to the previous product traceability professionals.It is a good idea for these new groups to use the simulation system to simulate and reproduce the specific production situation,because they have lower sensitivity to the report data and higher dependence on visual interface.However,focused mainly on the production design,the factory line layout and so on,the traditional simulation of industry is hardly available to the production process traceability of products,and many problems abounds in it,such as poor extensibility,lengthy development cycle and high cost.With the maturity and development of virtual engine technology,new ideas are provided for solving the problem.Based on the Unity3 d virtual engine and 3ds Max modeling software,this paper makes the feasibility research of intelligent manufacturing simulation system,taking bearing and the automatic production assembly line of axes for example.Through the analysis of the requirements and existing conditions of the project,Unity3 d is selected as the virtual development engine and 3ds Max is selected as the modeling software.Then after completing functional requirement analysis and general design of the project,on the basis of that,3 ds Max are used to construct the base model,Unity3 d are used to build the virtual scene,and c # are used to complete the script design.In this process,a series of virtual simulation technologies are involved,including modeling,rendering,light source,steel body,air box,user interface,collision detection,the control of perspective,the physical system,event management and etc.Finally,the system which has been tested and optimized will form an example of complete intelligent manufacturing simulation system design.Through the verifiable development of this paper,the feasibility of using Unity3 d in intelligent manufacturing simulation system is verified.Although the virtual engine is hardly applied to the field of intelligent manufacturing,it will play a more important role in the field of intelligent manufacturing with the development of virtual engine technology.
