The annual assessment and evaluation system for middle-level cadres of the University Organization Department is a web-based information management system developed by JSP technology,JAVA language,Structs framework and Oracle database.The middle-level cadres of the University Organization Department have great influence as key parts to strengthen the cadres of education,teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,as the mainstay of the development of colleges and universities,as the direct organizers,promoters and participants of the reform and transformation of the educational system.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi has paid much attention to the warning education work.Owing to the important instruction of middle-level cadres,the annual assessment and quantitative assessment of middle-level cadres in the organizational department of colleges and universities has become a key issue that needs to be solved in many universities across the country.All major universities have gradually started their own annual assessment and assessment mechanisms for this demand.Nowadays,with the fast spread of information technology and Internet Plus technology,especially the construction of campus networks in major universities provides dependent for the design and implementation of the system.The mid-level cadre annual assessment and evaluation system,as a tool for evaluating and reviewing middle-level cadres in colleges and universities,will play an extremely important role,leading the prosperity and continuous development of the university education industry.Up to now,the relevant evaluation system has been put into use,which has brought convenience to the evaluation of middle-level cadres in colleges and universities,has made up for the complexity of traditional manual processing evaluation results and the versatility of data,and reflects the automatic processing of information in the evaluation system.However,there are still some problems,so the greater annual assessment and evaluation system for middle-level cadres of the University Organization Department has been developed by study and analysis.The system database design should follow the data integrity constraint,that is,to follow the entity integrity,referential integrity and user-defined integrity.In order to improve the efficiency of the database operation,the database management system should be optimized during the physical design of the database.The optimization algorithm is used in designing the program.The final goal of the development for the system is to achieve a system-friendly,interactive,simple and clear system,which makes the user's operation convenient and supports data resource sharing,and maximize the system evaluation efficiency.
