Mainly includes the individual synthesis achievement appraisal target model of middle managers of oil extraction plant, achievement appraisal system weight model, achievement appraisal mathematical model; Has designed the achievement appraisal target system of middle managers of oil extraction plant in Shengli oil field, Including the overall target system on achievement appraisal of the management team of oil extraction plant, the target system on achievement appraisal of administrative superintendent, and Party - masses superintendents.
