Design And Implementation Of College Cadre Management Information System

With the rapid development of computer and information technology,management information system,based on computer and information technology,is widely used in many fields,and is leading the development of social informatization construction.In traditional management model,the characteristics of university cadres management is tedious,inefficient and error-prone,etc.It should be without any delay.to achieve university cadres management from the traditional manual management to automatic management.At the same time,as a part of office automation,management information system of university cadres should be combined with the actual situation in different places.However,during its process of rapid development,there are many deficiencies,which affect greatly the development of management information system of university cadres.This article,based on the B/S development model,focuses on theoretical basis and design implementation of the management information system of university cadres and designs to achieve a complete information management system.System is based on Java-B/S architecture,system use JSP technology which is object-oriented and easy to extend and SQL Server as system development tools,and have all functions based network for Cadres in Colleges and Universities management platform,these functions mainly include different permissions user login,user management,basic information management maintenance,training management,job mobility,incentive management,online assessment,inquiry management and related auxiliary functions.Three-tier architecture of J2EE technology framework is applied in the system development process which means view layer,intermediate layer and data layer,system design is also standardized.Since the system combines hierarchical design method and integrates software engineering design ideas,reliability,maintainability,and system scalability are highly enhanced.The system functional testing results show that College Cadre Management Information System could run very well,and achieve open Cadre information management function.System also has a high interactivity,improve the efficiency and quality of large-scale Cadre Information Management;the expected development goals are achieved.
