Research Of Risk Management On The Migration Of SG Data Center

Along with the advancement of country two deep convergence work,the establishment and continuous development of the enterprise constantly informatization,as well as the gradually ageing of SG informationization equipment,the old SG data center has been unable to meet the needs of the enterprise development.Therefore SG will rebuild the new data center in the thirteenth five year plan,and complete the migration of old one.Based on the theory and method of project risk management,this paper takes the SG data center migration project IT risk factor as the research object,based on risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk management,and other risk management.Specific research contents include:firstly,the risk factors of the SG data center migration project implementation process are analyzed and identified using the empirical analysis method and the expert investigation method(brainstorming method and Delphi method).Secondly,the expert scoring method and risk assessment index method are used to evaluate the risk factors of the project to determine the risk level and to evaluate the impact of risk on the project.Finally,risk assessment results based on SG data center migration project risk management,and risk monitoring theory,which is based on risk monitoring theory,and in the process of project implementation of scientific,reasonable and effective risk management.After carrying out risk factors identification,identification of SG data center migration project has the risk of design,system availability risk,information security risk,compliance risk,technical risk,schedule risk,operational risk,the risk of a total of seven major categories of design requirements,design change risk,data security risk,network security risk and other second levels of risk.Risk assessment,SG data center migration project high risk for the system usability risk,other risk ranking order for information security risk,technology risk,schedule risk,design risk,compliance risk and operational risk.According to the risk avoidance,risk retention,risk mitigation and risk coping strategies,respectively,proposed the establishment of system data backup and recovery strategy,establish and improve the information system of emergency plan system risk measures and risk control ideas,to provide protection for SG data center migration project smooth implementation.
