Research On Library Quality Evaluation Based On DEA

University libraries in colleges and universities bear the important functions of university teachers and students in scientific research and teaching work,many data was collected in the library and check,at the same time also is important base of many literature exchange communication.The rapid development of information technology and the gradual formation of knowledge society promote the development of library from traditional literature guarantee service to information resource service and subject service.The external environment,such as the Internet and library to form the fierce competition,libraries need to increase the connotation construction,in order to improve the teachers' and students' satisfaction and loyalty as the method of construction to the reader as the center of service mechanism,for the purpose of gradually achieve can meet the demand of the school's teaching and scientific research construction of modern university library.This study firstly expatiates on university library operation mechanism as the research background,the purpose and meaning to build a quality evaluation system to carry on the comprehensive study,secondly expounds the research status quo of university library quality evaluation at home and abroad,in view of the DEA(data envelopment analysis)method theory of research are analyzed,and constructing a quality evaluation system based on DEA,at the same time with the Nanjing university library as an example,has established the corresponding input index and output index,has carried on the statistical analysis to all the parameter values of colleges and universities,at the same time by using SPSS software to its ecotropic was analyzed,and finally USES the DEA method on the input index and output index calculation,determine the efficiency of the university library value,according to the problems existing in university library has carried on the related elaboration,and put forward some Suggestions and comments.Hope to through the research of this study and discuss,to assess the quality of the library system has certain reference value,to our country university library evaluation index design and the improvement and the continuous improvement of the evaluation work in academic libraries play a role in promoting.
