With rapid development of Mobile communication,the enrichment of various communication service overwhelm users.At the same time in the face of the strength of the ChianTelecom and ChinaUnicom operators to join and put forward more and more diversified,personalized business in the market,more adapt to the diverse needs of users.Mobile company is facing some statement that traditional business cannot meet the demand of users,and the variety of marketing activities have made mobile company's management is extremely complex and difficult.If you can fully grasp the needs of customers,for all kinds of business acceptance,timely understanding of customer response to the new business,to develop more with user requirements personalized solutions,it will be for mobile company to provide better service.To meet the above requirements,this paper design and implement of funshun mobile company's marketing management system.The system is mainly include customer management,marketing management,marketing assessment based information management,promotion products and management of the four basic function module.Customer management function module mainly includes customer information management and query management two child functions.Marketing activities management function module is the main function of the marketing management system,including the marketing audit,the marketing activities,marketing plan making,information management,statistics management four functions.Marketing assessment management module is the core of the whole marketing management system,divided into marketing success rate analysis of management and the analysis of target customers two child functions.Promotional materials management functions of the implementation is the management of all promotional items,including the agent distribution of promotional products,personal promotion products to grant,groups,promotional items,gift distribution information query,presents five remaining information query function.'s main function is to provide a basic information management module of some basic information management,each containing customer authorization management and the management of the public.This paper introduces in detail the funshun mobile company's marketing management system design and implementation process,consider the mobile communication business complex,ever-growing user and user demand characteristics,which makes the system more humanized and high accuracy analysis of the business.In the process of system research and development,using JAVA language programming,Oracle database data management,the browser/server mode as a system platform to support the system.Combined with the deep learning algorithm and the technique of data mining at the same time,in order to gain more accurate user demand for business has reached the humanization of the business design and the accuracy of delivery services to the users.
