Research And Application Of Algorithm In Data Mining Based On Oracle Data Mining API

With development of computer and telecommunication network technologies, people enhanced the ability of using information technology to construct and collect data. "How can survive in the information ocean and find useful knowledge" is becoming an urgent problem. Data Warehouse and Data Mining are generated under this background. And it is developed in the field of telecom, finance, security, etc and showed its powerful life-force more and more.This paper is mainly discussed of constructing data model of telecom customer reference and designing and realizing a large database data mining analysis system based on Oracle Data Mining API. To apply telecom customer data to this system, we use Oracle Data Mining to analyze large quantities of data in mining model and collect valuable information automatically, in order to probe and detect subtle pattern and relation in telecom customer data reference, which testify feasibility of Oracle Data Mining. And it brings up fundamental framework in Oracle Data Mining to provide a data mining solution for all unique telecom usage problems, which can give more help and support in decision analysis for telecom department.
