With the accession to the WTO, China's State-owned enterprises reform andeconomic restructuring has continued to deepen;electric power's market has beenchanged from vendor's market to buyer's market. The problem is how to develop andoccupy the market for the existing and progress of the electric power's enterprises,and how to make them function more in national economy. Under new system weshould be market – oriented and take the initiative in market research. Then we willrealize the transition from old power supply modem to marketing. So we willintroduce customer relation management to modern electric enterprises marketing.In customer relationship managing function, customer data analysis andautomized marketing management is a much common functions that electric powerenterprises need. Data mining is playing a guide role. It's most common application ismarketing, especially customer relation management. So this text proposes to use datamining technology in CRM of power market.Combine the thinking of analysis above, this text puts forward applying decisiontree technology to customer subdivide in electric enterprises CRM and applyingassociation rules to customer reservation. And it provides corresponding algorithmand thinking use. Finally it introduces an electric enterprise CRM software prototypebased on data mining.
