Design And Implementation Of Customer Business Information Management System In A Digital Certificate Company

With the development of the enterprise,the original manual management mode has long been unable to meet the needs of today's society,and the data is very troublesome and difficult to count.Under such conditions,a complete and accurate customer business information management system is indispensable,which not only brings a convenient and quick office experience,but also saves the company a lot of human resources costs.The customer business information management system mainly has the following three aspects: one is the consumer's own information;the other is the basic information of the enterprises,individual industrial and commercial households,institutions,institutions,social organizations and other organizations registered in China.The third is about the consumer's purchase of digital certificates.The system contains a lot of information data management due to the continuous increase in the number of customers,the diversification of business types and the substantial increase in customer purchases.As long as you accurately input information and data,the report can display information quickly and accurately,greatly improving work efficiency.This research explores the ways,means and methods for the development of customer business information management system for the business needs of a digital certificate company.Specifically,Delphi is used as the development language,and C/S mode and SQL Server database are adopted.From the perspective of business needs analysis,the functional modules of the system are conceived,and five aspects of certificate business acceptance,customer information review,comprehensive business inquiry,batch data management and system background maintenance are planned.The overall structure design and main function module design of the customer business information management system were introduced.The design of the E-R diagram was introduced.The system database table structure was established.The system effect map and the key code of the implementation were given.After repeated and rigorous testing,it can meet the normal use of a digital certificate company's business.At the end of the paper,the research work is summarized,and some shortcomings in the system are put forward,and it is hoped that further work can be improved in the future research process.
