The construction and development of smart grid on the information and communication have become increasingly demanding,as a means of communication power system characteristic of the power line carrier communication(Power Line Carrier Communication,referred to as PLC)with its efficient,economic,reliable and safe performance has attracted more and more attention.In order to maximize the advantages of traditional narrow-band and wide-band PLCs,the frequency resources in each frequency band are effectively used.This paper proposes a cross-band cognitive PLC technology that covers low-frequency,medium-frequency,and high-frequency bands.The technology has a wide application prospect in distributed power control,medium and low voltage distribution automation and smart grid.The hardware system of this article includes single-chip microcomputer STC89C51,microprocessor DSP28335,analog-digital / digital-analog conversion circuit,coupling circuit,filter circuit,automatic gain amplifier circuit and power supply circuit.Among them,the coupling circuit,power amplifier circuit,low-pass filter circuit and DAC conversion circuit composed of the transmission module.AGC automatic gain circuit,BFP band-pass filter circuit,LNA low-noise amplifier circuit,coupling circuit and ADC analog-digital conversion circuit composed of the receiver module.The software system of this article includes two parts of software design of DSP and single chip microcomputer.First of all,a brief introduction of DSP integrated development environment CCSv6.Followed by DSP software design work,including DMA configuration,EMIF configuration,Mc BSP configuration,DSP phase-locked loop configuration,secondary bootloade,CMD file preparation and SCM and DSP serial communications.Then the working principle of multi-channel buffered serial port is explained and the configuration mode of access controller in direct storage area is analyzed.Finally,the system initialization,interrupt,timer,serial communication and other work in the micro-controller STC89C51,and detailed introduction to the process of initialization of the micro-controller serial communication.At the end of this article is the system debugging and testing,First debug the completed system using debugging tools combined with DSP software and OFDM algorithm.Then the whole machine is tested in accordance with the debugging steps and the solutions.And the experimental test results were analyzed.
